Dr. Shaw is a University of Florida and Life Chiropractic College graduate. He has completed post-graduate studies specializing in the Activator Methods chiropractic technique. Dr. Shaw became Advanced Proficiency rated in Activator Methods while still a student in chiropractic school.

Dr.Shaw is also the past host of the radio show Chiropractic and Health, which featured a variety of health related topics.
